Contract Collection Setup includes the following:

  • W-9's for each party in the transaction
  • Signed True Escrow Account and Instruction Agreement
  • Check for $125.00 for set up
  • Complete address and phone number for each party
  • Deposit slip if Seller wants funds deposited into Bank Account
  • Annual fee allocation (at bottom of agreement)
  • Original Promissory Note (if Deed of Trust)
  • Signed Request for Reconveyance
  • Copy of document
  • Original recorded Deed of Trust or Contract once back from the Auditor's Office
  • Executed Warranty Fulfillment Deed
    (To hold in our collection file until contract is paid)
