Contract Collection Setup includes the following:
- W-9's for each party in the transaction
- Signed True Escrow Account and Instruction Agreement
- Check for $125.00 for set up
- Complete address and phone number for each party
- Deposit slip if Seller wants funds deposited into Bank Account
- Annual fee allocation (at bottom of agreement)
- Original Promissory Note (if Deed of Trust)
- Signed Request for Reconveyance
- Copy of document
- Original recorded Deed of Trust or Contract once back from the Auditor's Office
- Executed Warranty Fulfillment Deed
