Fees are minimum charges and are subject to change based upon the complexity of the transaction.
Over $1,000,000.00, the Escrow fee will be negotiable and dependent upon the complexity of the transaction. Clark County Title reserves the right to amend the escrow fee to compensate for the amount of work incurred.
Sale transactions involving principals not represented by a REALTOR© or attorney will incur an additional fee of $100.00 plus tax of $8.20 per side.
We do not charge for any fees for emailing documents, wire transfer, or document prepartion.
RATES ON MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS: Special rates are available for Multiple Transactions -- call for quotes. Available only for mulitple sales in same subdivision.
MANUFACTURED HOME ONLY TRANSACTIONS: Minimum Escrow fee is $600.00 plus tax of $49.20.
MANUFACTURED HOME ON LAND: In addition to the Escrow fee shown above, an additional fee of $400.00 plus tax of $32.80 will be added.
CONSTRUCTION LOANS: If the construction loan is closed through the same Escrow as the lot purchased, the borrower will be charged an additional fee of $100.00 plus tax of $8.20.
SALE TRANSACTIONS WITH CONCURRENT 1ST AND 2ND LOANS: Additional $100.00 plus tax of $8.20 for 1 HUD, additional $150.00 plus tax of $12.30 for 2 separate HUDs as required by the Lender.
SHORT SALE FEES: Additional work charge fee of $500.00 plus tax for $41.00 charged to seller.
